Before committing to our software, we offer a free demo so you can get an idea of what we have to offer your company.
Once you've decided to commit, our onboarding team will lead your administrators through a one-on-one screen share orientation. During this process we help your representative learn basic workflow, choose the settings best suited for your company, co-create your templates and add your company logos. There are often two meetings with the admin, the second covering more complex functions.
Once the admins are all set up, our team provides training sessions for all field technicians and other personnel, to help them understand and become familiar with the ServiceBox workflow.
Finally, our team helps you integrate your accounting software into the ServiceBox system. Once it's set up, you can import invoices and timesheets into accounting with the push of a single button. We also help to import all previous data from your accounting software into ServiceBox.
Once your accounting system is integrated your Onboarding Process is complete...but that doesn't mean your support goes away. Our Help Desk workers remain available 24/7 to answer your questions, and our Developers will monitor your suggestions for improving the software on our Feature Request page.
